ISRO में JOB कैसे पाएं ?

ISRO (भारतीय रक्षा अनुसन्धान संसथान) के अंतर्गत इसके विभिन्न SUB-DIVISION के लिए ICRB(ISRO Centralised Recruitment Board) द्वारा अलग अलग वेकन्सी निकाली जाति है। इसमें से एक टेक्निकल अस्सिस्टेंट पोस्ट भी है। यह डिप्लोमा इंजीनियरिंग कैंडिडेट्स के लिए होता है।

टेक्निकल असिस्टेंट का इसरो में काम क्या होता है :

टेक्निकल अस्सिटेंट मुख्य रूप से इसरो के जो भी प्रोजेक्ट , असाइनमेंट या मिशन होता है उसके इप्लीमेंटशन, इंटीग्रेशन और टेस्टिंग में Engineers और Scientist का सहायता करते है . यानि की इसरो के इंजीनियर या साइंटिस्ट के टेक्निकल असिस्टेंट के रूप में कार्य करते है जैसा की नाम से स्पष्ट है . ये Technical Assistant अलग अलग डिपार्टमेंट्स के लिए नियुक्त किये जाते हैं। As: Technical Assistant- Mechanical, Technical Assistant-Electronics, Technical Assistant-Electrical, Technical Assistant-Automobile, Technical Assistant-Chemical, Technical Assistant-Computer Science and Engineering, Technical Assistant-Cinematography and Photography.

Educational Qualification To Apply For Technical Assistant in ISRO:

Post-wide educational qualification is mentioned below-

• A-TA-Mechanical- First Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
• B-TA-Electronics- First Class Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering/Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering or Equivalent.
• C-TA-Electrical- First Class Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.
• D-TA-Chemical- First Class Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent.
• E-TA-Automobile- First Class Diploma Automobile Engineering or Equivalent.
• F-TA-C. S. E.- First Class Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering or Equivalent.
• G-TA-Cinematography/Photography- First Class Diploma in Cinematography/Photography(minimum 3 year duration).

First Class Diploma Means you have to pass your diploma with 1st division.

How To Apply For Technical Assistant post in ISRO:

ICRB द्वारा ISRO के किसी भी SUB-DIVISION(VSSC, HSFC, URSC, SDSC, IPRC ETC) के लिए जब Vacancy निकाली जाती है उस समय आप केवल ऑनलाइन ही फॉर्म अप्लाई कर सकते है I एप्लीकेशन के समय आपको एक Email Id प्रोवाइड करना होता है , इसी ईमेल के द्वारा आगे की सभी कम्युनिकेशन कंडक्ट होगा I

Age Limit (आयु प्रतिबंध ) For Technical Assistant in ISRO:

Age limit for Different Category is as given-

• UR – 18-35 YEAR
• OBS – 18-38 YEAR
• SC/ST – 18-40 YEAR

Ex-serviceman, Meritorious Sportsperson and PWBD are eligible for age relaxation as per Government of India orders.

चयन प्रक्रिया (selection process) :

चयन प्रक्रिया दो चरणों में संपन्न होगी 1- लिखित परीक्षा 2-स्किल टेस्ट। लिखित परीक्षा से सेलेक्ट किये Candidates का Skill Test किया जायेगा। स्किल टेस्ट 100 पॉइंट्स का होगा जिसमे क्वालीफाई करने के लिए मिनिमम 60 पॉइंट्स प्राप्त करने होंगे। Skill Test, Qualify करने वाले कैंडिडेट्स में से ही मेरिट लिस्ट बनाया जायेगा। मेरिट केवल लिखित परीक्षा के मार्क्स पर बनाया जायेगा। यानि जो स्किल टेस्ट है वह केवल क्वालीफाइंग है। जो स्किल टेस्ट में फ़ैल होगा उसका लिखित परीक्षा में कितना भी मार्क्स हो वह चयन प्रक्रिया से बहार रहेगा।
मेरिट लिस्ट में शॉर्टलिस्ट किये गए कैंडिडेट्स का डाक्यूमेंट्स वेरिफिकेशन और Medical Test कराया जायेगा और फिर Final List बनाया जायेगा। यदि दो कैंडिडेट्स लिखित परीक्षा में एक सामान अंक प्राप्त करते हैं तो जिनका मार्क्स Academic में ज्यादा होगा उसे वरीयता दिया जायेगा।

Salary of Technical Assistant in ISRO and Other Facilities:

Basic salary of VSSC’s ISRO Technical assistant = Rs. 44900/-( it increases about 3% every year)

Dearness allowance(DA) = 31% of basic salary(as of now)

= Rs. 13919

( it increases half yearly so it may change after some times)

House Rent allowance (HRA) = 18% of basic (as VSSC is in Class B city)= Rs. 8082

(it is 27% for class A city and 9% for class C city but here I am considering 18% of basic for calculation as VSSC is in class B city)

Travel ALLOWANCE (TA) = 3600+ 31% of DA on TA = 4716Rs ( DA rate varies w.r.t. time)

So total Gross salary = 44900+13919+8082+4716

= Rs. 71617

There will be some deductions

NPS = 10% of (Basic+DA) = 5882

CHSS subscription = 450

Professional tax = 200

CGE group INS = 20 Rs

So total deductions = 5882+450+200+20

= 6552 Rs

So net in hand salary will be = Gross salary – deductions

= 71617 – 6552 = Rs. 65065 /-

After this salary you will get –

1) PRIS ~= 150000 (This is given in two times a year ….means half of this you will get in first 6 month and half in second 6 month)

2) Leave travel concession (LTC) in which you will be given flight fair for you and your dependent family members to travel to your home or some other place in india

3) professional update allowance

4) after every 4 year you will be called for promotional interview. Perform well in Interview and you can get upto 18% Raise in your salary

5) CHSS – contributed health service scheme

Promotion:

Technical assistants can even get promoted to an Engineering post if they had B. Tech. and cleared a special promotion interview (this interview can be attended only once soon after completing B. Tech.).
